The Annual Richmark Golf day took place at Randpark Golf Club on the 15th October 2015, where partners and clients were treated to a fun-filled day of good golf and plenty of laughs.
Each year Richmark hosts a golf day in order to raise funds for various charities. This is the 10th year that Richmark has hosted its golf day and is renowned as the Golf day to be invited to.
This year’s theme was a “Sporting Celebrities Golf Day”, where the likes of John Smit, Gary Teichman, Wayne Fyvie, Shaun Bartlett, James Small, Adam Bacher, Clive Eskteen amongst manyother sporting celebrities joined a four ball. In total there were 31 four balls and each four ball had a sporting celebrity join them.
The day was followed by a dinner and auction, with the infamous Dan Nicol was the masterful MC of the evening and the legendary Barney Gurnin auctioning off some great sporting pieces.
The charities that benefited from the Richmark Golf day this year, was The Kirsty Watts Foundation, where a cheque for R250,000 was handed over to Belinda and Derek Watts. The other charity was the Chris Burger/Petro Jackson Fund who received a cheque of R500,000.00.
The next Richmark Golf Day will be taking place on the 24th November 2017.
